Interior Design and Decor (Virtual Design Service)

This Virtual design service is perfect for you if:

• If you need help picking furniture and accessories for one room.
• If you like the DIY process but prefer having a professional designer’s guidance to shop online.
• You appreciate the convenience of pulling the space together in your own leisure time.

What This Service Includes:

• Private access to your design project and your project portal.
• 1 Floor plan1 concept board with one revision for up to 3 options for each item.
• A clickable shopping list with added links to your furniture and decor.

Please Note:

The design process typically takes 2 - 3 weeks after the client submits the necessary requirements to start the project.
Price per room. Not including open-concept spaces. Dining/ living room areas are priced separately.
The service is for existing rooms only. It does not include layout planning for structural changes to space, such as removing walls.
These are not working construction drawing documents and must not be used during construction. You must work for the contractor to ensure everything will fit properly.
Kitchen and bathrooms excluded from the service.
Prices are quoted in CAD, but we service across Canada and the US.

How It Works-:

STEP 1: ONBOARDING PHASE:
Review and accept the letter of agreement.

STEP 2: CLIENT INTAKE PHASE:
Please fill in the design questionnaire on your project portal and into the fiiles and media section upload rough sketches with measurements, photos, inspirational images, and also photos and measurements of the furniture to keep.

STEP 3: THE DESIGN PHASE:
I will create a Design board(which will be in design board section, full of product ideas for the design within 5 to 7 business days of receiving the project information(for one room project, add extra time for multiple rooms)
We will then discuss your likes and dislikes of each piece on the design board. (We will have up to 3 options per item to choose alternatives, additional options will be charged at the designer’s hourly rate)

STEP 4: FINAL PACKAGE DELIVERY:
Once you love all the items we have discussed and are happy with the room layout, I will create the final design package with the final design board, set-up instructions, and a shopping list.
Purchase items from the shopping list and arrange all the items to create the beautiful space you ever wanted.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Room Redesigned?
Our turnaround time after we receive the filled-in questionnaire and required details to the point of final presentation is typically 2 to 3 weeks.

Can I Make Changes To My Floor Plan In The Design Package?

• After you select the plan in your package, we offer one revision (up to 3 changes in layout only)
• Any further revisions or complete redesigns are billed at an hourly rate of $100/hour.

Can Some Of My Existing Furniture Pieces Be Incorporated Into The Design Plan?
Absolutely! Please provide measurements and photos of each piece of furniture you’d like to incorporate into space.

Do You Order The Items Needed For my virtual Design package?
Unfortunately not. For virutal design services, I give you all of the direction and resources you need to complete your room. You’ll be able to purchase everything in the design at your own pace.

What If An Item You Recommended Is No Longer Available?
Sometimes items get discontinued, and I would hate to disappoint! If an item I recommended is no longer available, I would be happy to specify a replacement piece within 30 days of the delivery of your design plan.

What Locations Do You Offer virtual design services to?
Our online Virtual design services are offered throughout the United States and Canada. At this time we do not offer online services elsewhere.
